TRUST in our Quality

Accrededit Laboratory Honey-Analyses on 3 important Quality-Indicator-Parameter must be passed. The result is part of calculation for a Manufactur Freshness Factor (MFF). Most of worldwide Honey reach consumers with results of MFF 180 - 250. Even when this Honey originaly was at MFF 1000++ after Honey was collected from the bee Hive, unfortunatly mostly after this, the healthy parts and content inside the Honey like Vitamines, Encymes, Propolis, Pollen and Antioxidancien are so much dammaged during the Processing, Production and Filling as well as transports. When it reaches the Industrie faclilties, it is heated, filtered  (to be faster and easyer processed and mixed with other suppliers Honey and other Honey Imports. We are a artesan Beefarm and don´t sell our Honey to this Industrie because we can handle the Honey in terms of freshness better than they do. We do not need to mix from different sources because we have our one and only source by our slf. When it is sold our, it is sold out and we don´t fear penalties from Supermarkets when our of stock. We are relaxed and so are the bees and this results in better Quality that can be reflected with this 3 Parameter. Other small beekeepers for sure are doing a good job as well and if you know and trust them, it is good to support them. We see this collegs beekeepers not as a competetor and share the value for high Quality in Honey. As this 3 parameter seperate good from bad, it is our tool to comunicate and to proof to our customer "we can do better + we can prove it" with third party  Laboratory-Analyses . With the MFFactor it is possible to measure the freshness and to testify if it is RAW because of hard fact result of Analyses or because it is just written on the Label because it sells Honey better, if called "RAW".


 Next season, ther will be comming Honey again and if we we dont need to more, so  ensure the world highest possible unique freshness at your tabel.


As already informed the

  1. HMF result is importand and there are 2 more importend Indicators to be Analysed to meet the cretaria of real RAW honey with highest MFF 1000++ Standards. This two Indicators are Encymes in the Honey wich are very inresistible to heat and therefor a perfect indicator, when this Encymes are weak or dead and not active anymore. This is

2. Diastase Encyme activity. Without heat-treatment there is  at least more then 20 - 25 DZ (Diastase Number) in Honey after harvesting. When it is not heated during processing, it should have 20-25 DZ at yout tabel at home as well but unfortunatly mostly 75% to 50%  is inactive already if not taken care of the processing

3. Invertase Encyme activity is very heat sensetiv as well and meassurs at the beehive after harvesting 36 - 64 U/kg. In case Honey was heated during processing, U/kg goes down to 1-24 U/kg.


This 3 results from the Laboratory Analyses are calculated in a formular to calculate MFF points with possible result from 180 to more than 1000 and above (1000+) and if fare above 1000 it gets a double ++ showing as 1000++




As we take very much care during harvesting, filling and transport to UAE by aircargo, our Honey has highest points far above 1000 and proudly carries a "double ++ " as 1000++


Our Honey is immediately harvested and air-shipped, maintaining its raw, unaltered state.
No filtering, heating, or warming ever compromises its natural health ingredients.
Taste pure, unprocessed honey as fresh as if you were enjoying it straight from the hive.

Only very few honeys worldwide achieve these laboratory benchmarks, making MFF 1000++ a true rarity.
If a honey does not meet these values, it cannot qualify for the MFF 1000++ grade.
The “double plus” reflects both the difficulty of reaching these exceptional test results and the formula-based rating that far exceeds 1000 points.
Industrial, adulterated, aged, heat-treated, or long-transported honeys simply cannot reach these values and lose their original quality.
